Q1. I’m not sure how to enter the image file names in the CSV file for uploading to the app.

A1. To learn about how to create a CSV file for uploading to the app, please refer to the CSV Guide available at CSV Guide. For more detailed instructions, please consult the User Manual at User Manual.


Q2. I uploaded a CSV file to the app, but it resulted in an error. What could be the cause of this issue?

A2. Here are the main causes of the error and the corresponding solutions:

  1. The CSV file is not in UTF-8 format. Please save the CSV file in UTF-8 format.
  2. You have not uploaded the desired image files to your store. Please check if the necessary images are uploaded in the “Files” page of your store’s admin. interface.
  3. The capitalization of the image file names is incorrect. Please ensure that it is accurate.
  4. Some columns have been deleted. Please do not delete any columns in the CSV file, even if they are blank.

Q3. Even though the image file names are correct, the variant images specified in the “variation image” column are not being uploaded. What should I do in this case?

A3. Please make sure that the variant image file names are entered in both the “image” column and the “variation image” column. If you do not enter them in both columns, the variant images will not be uploaded.
